Bed bugs. Never again. Moved out next straight away.
Positive: bed bugs, prostitutes partying next door at 3am
Negative: bed bugs bite very painful, had to throw away all our expensive clothes and suitcases to get rid of them, smell of anti-bed-bug desinfection spray everywhere; plus it was very cold; plus homeless people sleeping in the street outside of the house

Positive: La ubicación es muy buena, pero la cuadra del departamento bastante fea.
Negative: Al lugar le falta espacio de guardado. Estantes, lugares donde dejar las pertenencias. Las cortinas qué filtran la luz están rotas. Faltaría un Black out
